Mr. Hamid Sam, A Government official Caught "Red Handed' Having Sex With His Wife's 17 year Old Sister

        
Mr. Hamid Sam A Staff of Sierra Leone’s Minister of Water Resources was reportedly caught "Red Handed" today while having sex with his wife's  17 year old younger sister  on  government property.
According to sources this has been his usual act, whenever she is sent to deliver his food in the office.
Unfortunately, "God Comot behind am tidea".  the pictures were leaked by an official of the same Ministry.
